Hello, is it possible to have a loud sound go off when an order has come through on our website or through Deliverect such as Uber Eats and just eat.

As being around uber and just eat orderpad devices for so long when working in the back you know an order has come through because it will keep going off until the order has been accepted. 

Also is there a way to have the order in on the main page of the POS instead of having it as a popup window?

finally can the side bar of the order status be changed. So when an order has come through it is marked as in progress instead of having to manually press it.

Hi @Karamsingh, thanks for your post!

As long as the app is open, you'll get both a pop-up notification and a sound alert when a new order comes in from the Square Online site. 

At the moment, there isn't a way to have the order on the main page of the Point of Sale app rather than a pop-up window. 

All orders will have to be mark manually as In Progress at this time, but I'll be sure to share your suggestion with the appropriate team as a feature request!

Unfortunately it isn't possible to customise the order alert sound at the moment @Karamsingh.
