I have just had an email from a client who is saying she's just sent me a payment of £140 made via the new online checkout link but I can't see it I can normally see payments I've had no system email nothing? Is this normal how long do I wait to chase the payment up it's the 1st time Ive sent a link.

Hi @DeityMANE, thanks for your post. All the payments received through your Checkout link will be visible in Transactions on your app or Dashboard as soon as the customer successfully completes the transaction.
If the payment was successful, a confirmation email is also sent to the customer. You can check with them if they received this confirmation and ask their last 4 digits of the card in order to search by card from your Transactions. I you don't see any payment, it is likely that the transaction was not completed or declined by their bank.
