I usually put all cash sales through my pos. This allows me to see what stock sold at events. This weekend, I was missing some of the cash sales. I've tried logging onto the square website to see if they are there but alas no. Another strange thing is that each time I completed a cash sale the app seemed to lock up. I was only able to process the next sale by closing the app and reopening. I have a feeling there's a glitch in the software.

Are you able to share a video of the app shutting down when you process a cash sale ? Going through these troubleshooting steps might fix the issue. Note that you should first download the diagnostic report and the support ledger before attempting any troubleshooting in Support > Troubleshooting.
