how to group sales by a field title

I set up the online checkout link with two required field titles.  I want to have a report that sorts by each field title and by the combination of both field titles.  Is that possible?

Hello @John124 ! 

When you export an Item Details CSV file from your Transactions page in the Dashboard, this file will include all the notes your customers leave while checking out.

It includes what they filled out in the custom fields as well, in the Notes column.

You can use this CSV file and sort your sales by the content of this column.

As for grouping sales by each of those fields natively within the Square dashboard, that would be a feature request at this time.

Thank you Frances A.  It worked but is extra steps that can't be automated.  It will do for my purposes though.

Unfortunately, this workaround does involve extra steps and additional software besides Square. 

I'm glad it will serve your purpose. 

If you'd like to see new options added to the reporting within Square dashboard, I would recommend submitting your feature requests on our Ideate boards.
