Sync Inventory Between iPhone and Dashboard

I have been updating images, categories, titles and GTIN's of hundreds of items using the Retail app on iPhone, but these changes are not reflecting on the register or on my dashboard. What am I doing wrong, or do I need to change anything?

We recommend checking to make sure that both your app and your mobile device itself are up-to-date. Also make sure that both devices are using the same account.  If everything looks good there or if you you need assistance troubleshooting, you'll want to reach out.

I was wondering what you found out?  Were you able to resolve this issue?  I am having a similar issue syncing between my dashboard and my square retail app in my IPhone.

I found out that when I updated items on an Ipad or through my dashboard changes did not show up on the other Ipad right away, unless I pressed the Hamburger menu in the bottom Left then chose Items.  This seemed to reload the Items Library.
