Welcome to Square, depending on when you did your first Transaction and how you have your transfers setup, you may not get your transfer right away.  You can do an instant transfer which square charges a fee or a % of the transaction.  I am not sure which since I do not use this method.  I set my account up that it deposits my funds from Square the next business day, which can be interrupted by bank closures and weekends.  So if I take credit card payments on Friday, my deposit may not show up till Monday.  You can check your Square pending Deposits here:

dashboard/balances 

 

To setup your Transfers automatically you have to log into your Square Dashboard then Choose - Account & Settings - Business- Transfers.    You can choose from Manual and Automatic.  

 

Since I see you posted this on a Saturday, I am guessing you will receive your funds on Monday since its over the weekend.  Then on Monday you would have 3 Deposits to your account if you took Credit Card payments on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  The 3 deposits would match your daily sales - Square Fees for each of those days.

I used Square on Friday. It has still not showed up in my account, today, Monday.

Welcome to Square,

Since you say you did a sale on Friday, is this your first sale with Square?

Did you submit all documents when you signed up with Square to have your information and bank account verified?

Does your bank show a 'Pending Deposit' from Square?

Was the sale through Square a Credit Card or Cash transaction?

Does Square have a deposit ID for the transaction?

Did you look back at the Transaction to see the transaction history?

If you select Transaction from the App, then select the actual sale in Question this will give you a list of details for the transaction. 

From the receipt view in the app you can see the item(s) sold, Squares Fees for the transaction,Subtotal, Sales Tax, Total Sale, Total Fees, and the total Square will deposit.   

 

In the Balance report it will show you the Deposit ID for all deposits for all credit card sales for that day that you select.

I made a transaction on 05-03-2022. I have not reviewed payment yet. Can you tell me when to expect it. It was done thew the Corp of Engineers.  Please let me know what I need to do.

Support Center or call 1-855-700-6000.  You would have to look at your settings as described in my other post marked as best answer
