My s22 will not connect to my square pos in my taxi

Hi @K20mby, thanks for flagging this in the Seller Community.
I had a look and the Samsung s22 is listed as a compatible device so we should be able to get it connected again.
Please try these steps in order:
- Make sure the Square Point of Sale app and the operating software is up to date
- Forget the reader from the device's Bluetooth setting
- Turn the Bluetooth off and back on
- Turn the device off and back on
- Hard reset of the reader -- hold the button for around 20 seconds, wait for the lights to turn orange, then red, then release the button when all the lights have stopped flashing
- Go back into the Square Point of Sale app > Settings > Hardware > Card readers > Connect a reader and follow the prompt
