Sales refunds not showing on Sales Summary report

Hi, I added a few test transactions into the system and I've issued refunds to all of them. Interestingly some of these refunds do not show up in the Sales Summary Report. Some of these transactions were refunded from the cash register and some of them were refunded via the dashboard in my computer. Seems like the ones refunded through my computer are not showing up as returns. Please let me know how to fix this. Thanks

Are you referring to the general Sales Summary?

If so, you should see a returns row within the report:

Let me know what you're looking at so I can look into this further.
