Hi KuddeepMatellio,
Lets confirm which Square Reader you are referring to as there are two types.
There is a small Magstripe Reader which is can only do Swipes.
The other one is a Contactless and Chip Reader which can do only Dips (card insertion) and Taps (contactless).
(Both links provide detailed information.)

I am referring this device Contactless and Chip Reader
Also have a few questions regarding this reader:
Can I create a custom app build for Android using the Android Reader SDK?
What is the minimum Android version required for that?
Can I use this reader with any POS device via Bluetooth or USB cable? Please confirm, and if yes, provide details on how to do so

Hi KuldeepMatellio,
As a follow-up to your questions - you may want to visit the Developer Forum for some of your concerns with question 1 & 2. Techie questions are better suited for that Community - this Community has a lot of experience with more business type concerns as many of us are small business owners - not Developers or Coders. As for question 3 - see this link - Check Compatibly - then Check Square Reader for Contactless and Chip - it will show you what accessories you can connect to. Also check this link for Device Compatibility. Square has lots of info available, one just has to do a looking.
