Paying invoice online
My customer goes thru all the links and after entering payment info it won't submit.

Hi @StitchedByAngy - Sorry this is happening! Have you tried any of these steps to troubleshoot your invoice or send a new one?
If you could share an error message your customer is seeing, we might be able to understand what's going wrong.
