Number of Deposits

We just started using the square. We are approaching our busy season of sales from our farm. Our bank limits the number of transactions per month or there is a fee per item. 

Questions: When square makes the next day deposit, is it as a single transaction or is it each transaction deposited separately?

The deposit will be all your previous day's transactions all in one transaction.
