Hi @thefrontporchmt. Custom amounts are generated from whatever POS your are using. In the Square POS this happens when your employees use the Keypad tab to key in an amount instead of choosing a pre-defined item. In the Restaurants and Retail POS the function is labeled “custom amount” or “add custom amount.”
If you want to, you can go into Team Permissions and disable this capability in Permissions > Checkout. This will force custom amounts entered to be authorized by a manager/owner override code.

It could not be from online sales, I don’t think., since we have to add specific items to our sites to be sold. I only know of custom sales coming from POS sales.
