I cannot cancel my account

I wish to request a cancellation of my membership. I became a member a few days ago, which is within the 30 day period. I would like to request a refund as soon as possible, to card ending in 0030.

 

I have gone to dashboard and the ndeactive account but I get an alert that states "Unable to disable your account- It looks like your application to accept credit cards was declined. We are unable to complete your deactivation"

 

Please help! cancel my account!!

Hi @leoncynt I'm happy to help you out here. Can you please tell me exactly which subscription you are wanting to be refunded/cancelled?
