I do not understand how to use all the options regarding the Tax options. Let’s say I want to give a custoler a discount by taking off the tax from the price. How do I do that? I reviewed the Help section and did not find an answer. I understood that I can remove the Tax during a sale, but this is not an option for me. I would like to show on the receipt the Tax but the total amount should be the price before tax. For example: if the item that I sell cost for the customer $107. Normally, if I do not give this customer a « Taxe Dicount », he should pay
$107+7% (FL Tax)=$147.49. But if, as a promotional discount, i want to take off the 7%, so the customer will pay
$100+7% (FL Taxe)=$107 - how do I do that?

that is a bit of a complicated situation, I'm glad to see as I read farther down you weren't just deleting the tax but lowering the item original price. What I would do is create a discount of 6.55%. that's as close as you can get with 2 decimal spots so it can be off by a penny or so.
$107 original price * .9345= $99.99
$99.99 * 7% tax = $106.99
$400 original price * .9345 = 186.90
$186.90 * 7% tax = $199.98
I did this quick on break so double check the maths but should be right.
