I updated inventory and changed prices using my point of sale. The changes did not update in my online store. What did I do wrong and is there a way to make sure both update? Do I have to update them both separately?

Hello @Lmade
Pricing from the PoS to the Online environment should be updating within a few minutes of the change. Sometimes there may be a small delay, but I've never seen it take more than 15 minutes to adjust things.
However, if you were on the website before the changes, your browser may have cached the page. You may have to force reload the page (close the tab, open a new one, Ctrl-F5 from a Windows box) to see the changes.

Settings > Square Sync and customize Product Syncing. Keep in mind, some details will always sync. Check out the blurb at the top of the Square Sync page to learn more.
