I ordered my square on March 9th and it’s been over two weeks now. I received an email saying it’s on its way but the tracking info from DHL says it’s been in Raleigh NC since the 16th. I need it by this coming Tuesday. I was just curious to see if anybody else’s took this long to receive?

We bought ours through a retail store, but you can track your order from your Dashboard by clicking on Account & Settings, then Square Accessories, then Track Your Order. Your reader order should show up there and you can click under Status to see what Square knows about it.

If you arent able to get it in the mail by the time you need it, when you download the square app, and you make a invoice lets say for $20, then click the blue button at the top that will say "Charge $20" or whatever amount youre charging. Once you click that, you can manually put in their card number where it says "Manual Credit Card entry" . I hope I helped!!!
