How do I offer classes and not accept payment until they take class?

I have classes scheduled and would like to allow payment at the time of attending the class.  Square is requiring payment at sign up with a credit card.  How do I set up to allow sign up without paying?

It's possible you could create a registration form using this App - whereas you collect the info you need - when folks show up for the class, you could then use Square's POS app with your smart device to collect the payment.   Hopefully others here have some thoughts too.
