I want to see who are our top customers because we want to start rewarding our top customers.

Is there a way to see how much customers have spent in 2020?

Do you have the Square Royalty add-on? This is an amazing feature, it will reward your top customers, and reports have shown that royalty rewards programs actually increase revenue. We have it activated on our site, it's well worth the $45/month.

We simply added a category "Earned Points" and added the products we will grant points to. Whenever a customer purchase those items, they can redeem those point with products you select. Over all its a win-win.
