Square only charges 2.6% + 10¢ per swipe. A little more if you use the online store or manually type in a card number.
Out of the box, you won't be charged any other fees than that. There are various upgrades you can do to your account (I highly recommend the Customer Engagement and Team Management addons) that may see monthly fees, but for just plain vanilla swiping capabilities you won't see anything extra.
