Guest POS or Guest Mode?

Hi.  I bought a square to accept card donations for a school event.  The intent is that people can enter the amount they want to donate on the iPad and tap/swipe/chip their card for payment.

How do I "lockout" the POS app so that the guests can only access the numeric display?  Or at least prevent them accessing all the settings and such. I know how to enable guided access in iOS, and I'm already using it.
