Feedback error

Does anyone know why when customers try to review they receive a error message ? Or how to fix this issue?

Personally haven't seen this error before but it sounds like a browser issue on the customer's end.

They should try another browser or another device if they're using a mobile device to leave one.

I am having the same problem. I have tried it myself and my partner tried it. We are using the feedback email sent by Square after an order has been completed. When you click the link in the email it takes you to this view where you can select the stars and write a review. When you submit, you get the message in the picture.
