Sorry this is an old post but I was wondering what the experience looks like for a loyalty *customer* with the square terminal connected to Square POS on an iPad? Do they see anything about points? Can they enrol on to loyalty using the terminal?

Great question!

I don't actually use the terminal connected to an iPad, but I would imagine that it would show up for them. But cannot personally confirm.

@pessosicesthanks for the shout out! Unfortunately I'm not currently using the connected terminal myself... @DannyH was the lead on the launch of that program... maybe he can shed some light on how this works now?

Hi @Dirky 👋 Yes, Loyalty is supported with the Terminal + Square POS feature. With Loyalty enabled on the Square POS, the Loyalty sign up screen will appear after the sale on the connected Terminal -- allowing customers to sign up for Loyalty or view their available rewards!
