Was curious about your question and after some research, I found these details:

As per Steam's Support info here, "Steam accounts cannot be bought or sold. An account is for the personal use of its creator only."

And you may want read through Genshin Impacts Terms of Service which can be found here, note Section C in particular.

Bottom line neither of these online services permit the buying and or selling of accounts.

There's also other things to consider - Square is intended for business use and there are specific requirements including Tax ID or SSN, Bank Account, transaction fees, etc.
