Am I getting the free processing?
My friend sent me a referral link to my phone, I then forwarded it to my email and created my new account on my computer (not my phone). Did I break the link and ruin the opportunity I had for free processing? I checked my referral page and it only shows information on if I refer someone, not if I’m currently getting the free processing.

When you created your Square account did, you enter the referral code that was sent to you by your friend? This is how you would of received your free processing.
You can take a look at your Free Processing rewards by logging into your Square Online Dashboard under Account & Settings > Account > Get Free Processing > Current offerings.

Hi Sayra,
When I created my new squareup space, I don't believe I was ever asked to enter the code. When I look at the link on my phone, and click on it, it just says "HD Hair and Makeup invites you to try Square". Then there is a blurb about the free processing and a place to enter my email address and create a password. So, I guess the short answer is no, as I don't see a code to enter anywhere nor was I asked to enter one. Thank you for your response.

I see! Please contact our Customer Success Team. You'll also need your customer code, the steps to look up your code are here. They will verify additional information regarding your referral and may be able to add free processing to your account.
