Adding items to pick-up orders with a minimum order value

We have a $75 item minimum for pick up, but are expecting some people may want to add a few items to their order after they have paid for the initial order.  How do I add an item and/or give them access to order more without imposing the $75 minimum?

Unfortunately if the order is already placed, it cannot be reopened. You'll need to create a separate order using POS to bypass the minimum amount requirement.
