Unable to Use “Get Ready to Sell Online” Feature

I am experiencing an issue when trying to use the “Get Ready to Sell Online” feature. Every time I attempt to use it, I receive an error message with the following code:

 

ID: KBAbPZEYTJQBR

 

I have already confirmed that my app is up to date, but the problem persists. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Hi @yyxox, thanks for posting on the Seller Community 👋.

Could you share a screenshot if possible ? Can you also confirm which country you are based in ? Since payment processing is only available in the US, UK, Ireland, Spain, France, Canada and Australia, Square Online might not be available in your region.
