New Square Pos For Retail Account Issue

Hi This is *Urgent*

 

I work remotely from a different region for a company based in malaysia. While creating the Square account, I was in a hurry and mistakenly selected a region where Malaysia was not available as an option. Normally, I use a VPN to set the account preferences according to the desired region. However, I'm currently facing the following issues:

Issues:

Square POS for Retail Pro Plan (including the 30-day trial) is Not Available: I am unable to access the Pro plan features as expected.

Invoicing Feature is Not Available: The invoicing option is missing, which is essential for our business operations.

 

Important Details:
 

Store Region   :-  Malaysia
Required Plan :-  Square Pos For Retail Pro Plan
Business Type:-  Retail
Products         :-  Textiles, Boutique, Home Qulinery, Deco & Divine

Devices to be connected:

 

  • PC Setup
     

Cash Drawer       :- POSMAC CASH DRAWER PD-MK330_RJ11 Connector
Receipt Printer   :-  Thermal Receipt Printer Zy808
Label Printer       :-  D520BT
Barcode Scanner:- EV-1000 1D Wired

 

I want to clarify that the previous account has been deactivated and deleted, and a new account was created in an attempt to resolve the issue.

Could you please assist in resolving these problems as soon as possible? We hope to start using the full features of the Pro plan immediately.

Currently, card processing with Square is not available in Malaysia, which means that Square of Retail and/or Square for Invoices may not be accessible as it is linked to payment processing. 


We’re working to bring payments processing to more markets and will share updates on squareup.com/news.
