I have set up my digital product on square and have linked square to Sendowl and followed all instructions to link the two, so that the customer can be automatically sent their digital product, order #, invoice, receipt via email after purchase, but when I set up a test run (x3), when I purchased the product, I got, a thank you for ordering and the order#, then receipt, but no product sent by email via Sendowl (which is the WHOLE PURPOSE of Sendowl??)... and it was obviously linked up to square because it was a square receipt that was sent via sendowl! Anyone else have this problem? I'm beyond frustrated right now & ready to jump ship for an easier platform to send digital products!

While Square integrates with SendOwl, the integration is entirely managed by SendOwl itself. I invite you to contact them directly at support@sendowl.com so they can investigate your issue. If for some reason they’re not able to help, you can contact Square support team with your support ticket number, and we’ll see what we can do from our side.
