How to Send a Private Message in the Community

To send a private message:

1. Sign in and click your name in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Click Messages > then click New Message.
3. In the Send to field enter the recipient’s Community username. You are also required to enter a subject.

When you send a message the recipient will get an email notification and they’ll see a notification in the Seller Community too! 

If you receive a private message you can read it by clicking the link in the email notification. Or to read a message sign in to the seller Community click Sign In > click on your username in the top right > then click Messages.
