Hi. When i looked at the square stand display in a Staples store, the swivel would lock in place when you move it to the buyers view and then would lock back in place when you move it back to merchant view. Was a nice feature so you dont have to hold it in place while your buyer signs their name etc. etc. I bought one and set it up and it does not lock in place...just swivels from front to back but wont click in place
