Why are my payments listed as pending when I have a stable internet connection?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Pending transaction, but I'm connected to the Internet.

I'm currently at a market, made card sales yesterday. But today new card sales all say they are pending and will process after service is restored. But I'm connected to the Internet!!

Pending transactions can occur if payments are processed with a weak or nonexistent internet connection. Interruptions, such as phone calls, text messages, music, or audio recordings during payment processing, may also prevent the transaction from completing. However, if you're in an area with a strong internet connection, these payments should automatically sync with our servers within 20 minutes.

It's important to note that payments are not considered complete until you pass the PIN screen and receive a notification in the app confirming the payment was successful. To confirm a successful payment, check the Transactions tab within the app or view your transaction history in your Square Dashboard. If a transaction is not completed, it will appear in your Transaction Status report. If you find an incomplete transaction, you may also have the option to charge it manually. I chatted with an agent during the market, and they guided me to the transaction history in the square dashboard. I clicked charge, and it said there was an error. Then a few minutes later the transactions went through. Thanks
