Hi. Has anyone had issues with the Terminal-Stand connection setup? We can connect the Terminal to the Stand but get an error message every time we try send the transaction to the Terminal for the customer to use. Have spent way too many hours dealing with Square support and 5 months later they don't have a solution and won't do anything useful to help us with this.

I would like to learn more about the issue and what you've done so far to better understand our chances here. Would you mind sharing the iPad generation, the iOS version that is running, is the Square Point of Sale app up to date, and is the terminal up to date as well?
Also, can you share the error message you receive when sending the transaction over to the Terminal?
