Why are my Items showing unavailable when I select pickup and delivery

we are a catering business and are mobile. So we have all our items marked “pickup and delivery”. But I noticed they are showing unavailable on our website. Now when I mark the items as “shipping”, then they show available on the site. We will not be shipping any items, only pickup and delivery. How can I fix this because we are missing out on orders because everyone thinks we don’t have the items.

Thank you for your post, @Yvonne76, and welcome to Seller Community! 

 

It looks like you still need to set up your pickup and delivery in Settings > Pickup & Delivery. Navigate to that section of your store settings in your Square Online Store dashboard, then click the Set up button on the right. I'd also check the Advanced settings while you are there as well. Once you've set all that up they should show as available.
