How can I set online orders to print when the order is submitted?

Without setting a "prep time," is there a way to set online orders to print as soon as the order is placed? 

For instance, we just received an order for 6:45 pm. The ticket printed at 6:45 pm, and the customer arrived at 6:45 pm, even though the order was placed at 3 pm. It'll take us a few minutes to prepare her order, and she's not happy about it. 

We want to avoid setting a "prep time," because sometimes it takes us 5 minutes to prepare food, and sometimes it takes 30-40 minutes.

As far as I'm aware Square doesn't offer a way to do that. You can always suggest it to the Square Team and they should look into your request/suggestion! Just contact Square's Support Team and they'll transfer your ticket over to the correct place.
