2 separate locations loyalty

I need to open a new location with a separate EIN and LLC in a separate account. What I haven't figured out yet is how to link the 2 locations with gift cards, loyalty and marketing. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hey @Bickering welcome to the Seller Community! In order to do this, you do not need to create a new account, but simply a new location so you can share your loyalty, gift cards, and marketing, If you create a separate account, the subscription services and gift cards will not sync together.

You will need to create a new location under Account & Settings > Locations, but can assign a separate EIN to it as well as a separate bank account. Also, keep in mind that some subscriptions may have a higher monthly cost with a second location, but you can view this under Pricing & Subscriptions.
