the info on my 1099-K is incorrect. They have reported I received $16,502.77 in payments.for April 2021 The actual number is $2,402.00 ACCORDING TO SQUARE!!!!!!!

I need square to correct this immediately

Where or how this transaction was reported is baffling.

Who can I contact to get this fixed?

@chameleonz11 I haven't seen many mistakes like this from Square at least in my experience.  Here is a link to the support article, and I recommend that you make sure that your dashboard information and the report you are looking at are correct.  While you can contact support and see if they can do a corrected 1099-k, the 1099-k form is an informational report to the IRS only.  I am pretty sure your accountant/tax attorney/tax professional can take your reports and use that information for your tax forms and to support the true numbers in the event of an audit.

One thing I have learned over the years, not all reporting is ever 100% correct 100% of the time, and that is why there are professionals to handle reporting correct information.  I most often have seen it on defunct businesses that don't report a w-2 for their employees.  You can still report (and the IRS says you should) the true and correct numbers, regardless of what the form says, especially if you have the receipts to back it up.

So I would start first with your reports from the support article and make sure you have that info first and then talk to your tax professional and go from there.
