My assitant at a show today charge 3.15 for a 315.00 item to a customer. I was busy with other customers before I ntoiced the mistake. Assistant also did not get an email from customer. Is there anything I can do about correcting the mistake?

without having collected contact information from the customer I have not seen a way to get the information needed to contact the customer and to ask them to correct your companies mistake,
