I just downloaded a copy of my customers and out of 6000 customers through Square I have 5 with Phone numbers and 116 with email addresses. I downloaded them or exported them by csv and then sorted them by email address and phone number.
Log in to you Square Dashboard and chose customers, then export them to csv. Then open the downloaded file .
