I file and pay state sales tax on my total sales (both SquareUp and cash) every quarter. But SquareUp withholds sales tax on everything sold via SquareUp. Am I being taxed twice on my SquareUp transactions? Where does the state sales tax withheld by SquareUp go, if I have to pay it myself again anyway?

Square doesn't collect/hold sales tax. The only thing Square takes from the sale is the fees for credit card processing.
