how to remove staff from online site

Hi,  I am on my online site that is used for our clients to book appointments with us.  There is a tab next to our service list that details our staff.  The order of those staff is completley incorrect, and I'd quite like to remove the list totally.  There doesn't appear to be an option to get onto that list to make any adjustments, or to be able to delete it.  Anyone have any ideas on how I can do any of the above?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community @Sportstherapy 🙂.

While there isn't a way to manually rearrange the staff list, you can disable online booking for each staff member so the Staff tab isn't displayed on your website anymore. To do so:

1. Log in to your Dashboard and access the Appointments tab, then Staff.
2. Click on a staff member profile to view the details.
3. Under Online booking, toggle off Bookable by Customers Online, then Save. .
4. Repeat for each staff member.

Hi Lou,

Thanks for your help.  I took them all off, as suggested, and then all our bookable services disappeared!!!!!  I have then put all staff back on, but in the order I wanted, and they are showing correctly now. 🙂

Hopefully this can help someone else in the future, with their online site.

Hi @Sportstherapy, looks like I gave you the wrong information - sorry about this !

There is actually a feature you can enable or disable to remove staff from your online booking site, in the Appointments tab > Online Booking > Settings.
