complete order without shipping

Hi all.  I just received an order that I learned that I will be able to deliver personally without the need for shipping.  How do I complete the order without the need to enter a shipping tracking number, and thus get the sales funds released?

I don’t know of a way to do this. However I have had this situation several times. I usually mark the order shipped , but in the note, I put “order not shipped-will he delivered and shipping will be refunded.”  I then issue a refund for the shipping only. Seems to work for us.

Yes,  Just put Delivery in the tracking field and then enter a message.
