can you delete a customer from the loyalty rewards program that was not eligible for the program?
Can you delete a customer from the loyalty rewards program that not eligible for the program? Customer was enrolled by accident

Hi @MohawkNursery - You can remove your customer by deleting their profile from the directory completely (open their profile and then click the three dots on the bottom left pop out). This will remove their enrollment in Loyalty.
