add additional refund reasons

When I refund a customer, there are only 3 reasons I can choose from.  I want to add some customized reasons, such as Customer Waited Too Long, so that we have more helpful informations since the stock 3 don't really apply to us.  Is there a way to do this?  I see how to customize reasons for voids and comps, but not for refunds.  Thanks!

Hey @wballen!

 

If you select > Other on the refund options, it will give you the option to type in one of those other reasons you listed here.
