I'm not sure if the signature skipping has been enabled in Square for Retail or Square Register yet. You can set it up in Square POS but it won't translate across apps maybe. @katieand?

Hello @catskingdomNH @VanKalkerFarms, Helen here from the Community team. 👋
This feature is available on Square for Retail (and all other the Square apps, and Square Register too!).
I have a couple of questions for you @catskingdomNH so we can investigate this further:
- If you have multiple devices, did you udpate your signature settings for each device?
- What version of the Retail app are you running? Can you check the App Store for an update?
- If your app is up to date can you try to force quit the app and then reopen it? As a last resort you could delete and reinstall the Retail app on your device.
