Why didn't I get an email for my last transaction?

Sorry to hear you didn't receive that email. I'd recommend checking your junk and spam folders to make sure it didn't go there for some odd reason.

 

If it's not there, you may want to reach out to our Support Team to have them take a look into your account with you and to make sure your email provider isn't blocking our emails.
