Why am I all of a sudden being double booked?

I am now getting two ppl booked with me at the same time. Why is this happening ?! I remember sometime ago seeing "allow double booking"  with employees but now I can't find that button/toggle. Please advise.

Hi @caskin

Any chance this is what you're thinking of? It would be the details screen of the service. Do you have "Add processing time" checked off?
