When will Square ever make it practical to sell digital products? This is a problem!
When I chose Weebly for my shopping cart, its advertising made me think it could handle digital products.
I don't think they lied, but they sure didn't point out that you had to email the products one by one.
Now it's been years, and so many of us still need this! This has gotten so common on OTHER platforms that now I'm getting customer complaints - where is my file? They complain just a few minutes after they order. They're feeling like I've cheated them because, well, where is their file? I check orders a couple times a day, 7 days a week, and then I email these files. And then, if we get a rush, emailing the files is quite time-consuming. Do we have to buy a different shopping cart? Here is my big question: Is Weebly doing anything about this?

Thank you for reaching out, @Diana_Knits
I completely understand your frustration with this. We do not have an automated process for digital goods at this time, however, we (the Community team) did recently highlight this as one of the most requested features for Square Online. I'm hoping it will get the attention of the teams in charge of making changes to the ordering process.
If you haven't already done so, I recommend adding a kudo and a comment to this Square Ideate feature request thread here.
We will update the request page if/when we hear of any upcoming changes that may be in the works.
