When do I receive my refund for the terminal I purchased

How do I go about receiving my $300.00 refund after I purchased the new terminal

@Diamondsewing If you just signed up to Sauare before you purchased the Terminal you'll automatically receive $300 in free processing credit when you activate your Terminal and start taking payments. This offer is only available to new sellers to help offset the cost of breaking an existing contract with another card processor.
