When credit cards are declined - how do I know the transaction was cancelled so I do not send items?
I found a declined credit card report. How do I know if those transactions were cancelled and the product not sent?

I think you're referring to the Transaction Status Report - if the transaction shows up there, then you can guarantee the transaction was either cancelled or declined. If the products you're sending are physical items, then don't ship them if the payment was unsuccessful.

If so - why did I get an order confirmation email back to my email?

@uofscbandgear - from the looks of the details you posted, that payment was indeed declined.
I understand your confusion - the confirmation email could've been sent prematurely but you'll need Engineering to take a closer look to confirm. If you'd like to investigate it further, reach out to our CS for more insight: squ.re/howtocontact
