What's wrong with For Here/To Go?

Since the last update, a basic function has but been working for us in square point of sale. There is now a ribbon at the top of the order panel that says For Here or To Go. You can swipe it to change it to one or the other. But it says not always print as what it says on the screen. Further, it seems to over ride our button for Here/To Go on individual items. Has anyone else experienced this? It's causing us a lot of problems. Cooks can't trust what's on the ticket.

I have utilized this feature since I started with Square, two years ago.  I use it in conjunction with the individual item designation for here/to go.  The individual dining options will appear underneath each item and the over all ticket is assigned the main option.  Does your kitchen staff know that an order can contain multiple packaging instructions?

 

These are set under Dining Options in Settings under Items.  They don't just appear, they have to be created.

You may need to update your iPad or uninstall and reinstall Square.  Good luck.
